🛑 Non-Quality Issue Returns

  • Returns due to reasons not related to product quality (such as change of mind, wrong size, or style preference) require the customer to bear all return shipping costs.

  • Returned items must be in original condition, unwashed, unworn, and with all tags intact.

  • Clothing items that have been washed or worn cannot be accepted for return or refund.


👗 Size Issues

  • We understand sizing can be challenging when shopping online.

  • We support refunds for size-related issues as long as the item is returned in the original, unused condition (unwashed, unworn, tags attached).

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the size issue is due to a mistake on our part.


🔄 Return Process

  1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.

  3. Ship the item back to the address provided by our customer service.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
